To reserve your stay at Miles Away you can either book through VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owner), or book directly with our on-island property manager, James M.Miller Property Management. Reservation links for both methods are below. By booking directly with us you will avoid VRBO service charges. We accept payment by check or credit card.

Rates for reservations booked directly with our property manager are as follows:

Off -season: May 1 to Nov.30

$425 per night for up to 2 people, plus 12.5% VI hotel tax

Add $75/night for each additional person

In-season: Dec.1 to Apr.30 (excluding Christmas/New Year and President’s week )

$560 per night for up to 2 people, plus 12.5% VI hotel tax

Add $75/night for each additional person

Christmas/New Year and President’s week

Payment terms:

If the reservation is for dates more than 60 days in the future, 50% of the total rental amount is due at the time the reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival. For reservations made fewer than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation policy:

If the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations made fewer than 60 days prior to scheduled date of arrival. Travel insurance is recommended.

House Rules

Please consider the following guidelines when booking this property:

  • Children allowed - Liability Waiver for children

  • No pets

  • No parties/events

  • No smoking

  • Max guests: 5 (sleeps up to 5 adults)

  • Minimum age of primary renter: 25

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM
